These terms and conditions determine the rules of making purchases in the online store at the website address www.ProsperM.pl.

Prosperm.pl store, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”, sells goods via the Internet.
The condition for placing and confirming an order by the Buyer in the online store is to read the Terms and Conditions and acceptance of its provisions before the conclusion of a sales agreement and consent to the processing of Consumer personal data by the Seller for purposes related to the implementation of an order. Personal data are not disclosed to other entities for marketing purposes. The submitted order constitutes a purchase and sale agreement within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. The Store may have technical interruptions, excluding the Store from the acceptance and execution of consumer orders. The execution of consumer orders takes place on working days usually within 48 hours from the moment of placing an order or payment by the Consumer. The Store reserves the right to verify the order by contacting the Customer. In case of lack of contact and verification of the order, the Store reserves the right to refuse to carry out the order.
Consumers of the Store can be people who are at least 18 years old. If this condition is not respected the agreement is not binding.
Placing an order by the Consumer shall be understood as adding products from the Store’s offer to the Cart by filling in the “Order Form” in accordance with the information given in the above mentioned form, or ordering via e-mail and telephone.
Shortly after placing an order, the Consumer receives an e-mail with information about the acceptance of order for processing (list of selected products, delivery address, order value, payment method, shipping method). In case of lack of such information, the Consumer should contact the Store via e-mail.
The Store requests the Consumer to provide correct contact details – in particular name and surname, exact shipping address, full e-mail address – when placing an order and during communication with the Store. Incorrectly filled registration forms may make it difficult or impossible to complete the order.
The Store reserves the right to verify the submitted order in cases justifying doubts on the possibility of order execution and its cancellation in case of non-payment for the order.
Payment for ordered products can be made by cash on delivery, traditional transfer or payment via the platform “Przelewy 24”.
In case of unavailability of some products in the order, the Consumer is informed by the Store about the order status. The Consumer may then decide on the manner of its execution (partial realization, extension of waiting time, cancellation of the entire order). In case of lack of response within 3 days from the Consumer, the Store reserves the right to send available items in the order or cancel the order.
In the sale we offer new products, free from physical and legal defects.
All prices visible on the Store’s website are given in PLN and constitute gross value (including VAT). These prices do not include lump-sum shipping costs.
The Store does not take responsibility for any damage or loss of goods caused by the courier company. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of shipment in the presence of courier. In case of damage to the parcel and receipt of a documented, justified complaint, the Store will immediately send the paid goods, and the payment for damage will be collected from the courier company. In case of a carrier chosen by the Purchaser, the Store waives this responsibility.

The Store accepts notifications and complaints and provides information on the product in oral form, in writing or via mail and electronic forms.
Complaints and returns are accepted by phone at 694412166 and in writing to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When making a complaint or inquiry, please refer to the order number or provide data enabling identification of the Customer.
Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), the Seller informs that the Recipient has the right to withdraw from an agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment. The date of sending the parcel by the Customer is decisive. Detailed procedure is regulated by the Terms of withdrawal. The Customer is obliged to return the packaging with the product in an intact condition.
The Customer is obliged to send the packaging with the product in an intact condition, an invoice stating the purchase of a given product (receipt or invoice) and filled out return form within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The Store will consider the complaint within 14 working days from the date of receipt of a full consumer information (point 15). A reply may be given in the same form as the complaint.
Return is possible only if all the conditions required in the Terms and Conditions are met.
The refund amount is the amount for the gross product reduced by shipping costs.
After a positive consideration of the complaint / refund will be returned by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the return form within 14 working days.
The Store reserves the right to verify the identity of Consumer submitting the return order. The Store is not responsible for failure to make a refund or delay the date of return, if the Consumer, despite a summons sent to his e-mail address, does not indicate the bank account number to which the payment is to be made or if he does not provide the Store with all the data necessary to make the payment. The Store is not responsible for failure to make a refund or its delay, if it occurred due to the Customer’s misrepresentation of personal data (name, surname, address) or incorrect account number.
Personal data has been collected voluntarily and intended exclusively for CD Farma Cyfra Spółka Jawna. They are necessary for the identification of Consumer and execution of orders.
